Find Salvation Today!

This verse shows us the path to salvation, the most precious gift God has given us. Be very clear: Salvation is not obtained through our works or efforts, but through faith in Jesus Christ. On this path we find two essential elements to experience salvation: confession with the mouth and belief in the heart. Open your ears wide! Confessing with the mouth “that Jesus is Lord” involves declaring with an audible voice that Jesus is the ruler and sovereign of our lives. It is an act of humility, surrender and total dedication to Jesus as our Savior and Lord. It is a recognition that we need his forgiveness and redemption, and that we desire to follow and obey him in everything. However, lip service alone is not enough. It is also required to believe in your heart “that God raised Jesus from the dead.” Here is the other key to the matter. The resurrection of Jesus is the supreme evidence of his divinity and power over death. Believing in the heart involves having a genuine and deep faith in the redemptive work of Jesus, trusting in his sacrifice on the cross as the means to our salvation. When we confess with our mouth and believe in our heart, are we already saved? Yeah! We just have to confess it and believe it! This is a wonderful and powerful promise, the greatest of all! But always remember that salvation is not based on our abilities or merits, but on the grace of God and the power of Jesus’ work on the cross. This passage teaches us that salvation is available to everyone. No matter what you have done, God wants to forgive you. No matter how terrible your past is, God offers you salvation as the supreme act of His love. This is an urgent call to surrender our lives to Jesus Christ and place our trust in Him. I encourage you to do so! And if you have already done so, I encourage you to take this message to that person who needs it so much.
